I still think there's likely more to the story Gunnar and suspect the women and his ex-employer would shed light on another side of the story. But, if all he did was open the door without being creepy and without having been warned not to do that before being fired, that's cause for wrongful termination.

He has an appt with a lawyer next week, but Az is a right to work state. They can fire someone here for the color of their shoe laces.
