Yesterday, the NSA chief testified that he hasn't been granted the authority by trump to confront the Russian cyber threat. Russia is meddling with our democracy and this administration refuses to do anything about it. Admiral Mike Rogers said there is no reason for Russia to back off and that they have enjoyed success.
