Aside from a brow-raisingly piss poor first post "FUG EWE and FUG DAH KUND", this little newb has a few things going for him. He was smart enough to meet the reqs, he seems fairly literate, he made a swift recovery from above mentioned first post and he (so far) appears to be a few steps above the drooling idiots who have been applying recently.

On the downside, we haven't yet been given much of a glimpse into who this person is, whether they have something more interesting to talk about than water, and whether or not he is just another version of the same thing we've been getting, but with ribbons in his hair.
