Oh no. No head cheese. Nope. Not ever. I'd eat bark first.

It's good stuff. The head has some of the best meat on the animal. Especially cheeks. Mmmmmhhhmmmm... Cheek meat.

Never had cheek meat. But the belly meat is good too. Mmmm.....pork belly.
