The cleaning product aisle at the supermarket is my favorite aisle. Not kidding, and organization is fun for me. If I ever get a stretch of time to devote to it my intention is to put all my pastas, flours, sugar, rice, etc in clear glass containers. My heart pitter pattered just thinking about doing so.

I'll have to send you pics of the apartment so you can see how bad it is and see how long it would take you to clean and organize. My oldest brother says it would only take him an hour to clean our whole apartment. I'd probably have to pay you a minimum of $25/hr.
(*sigh* And yes I know your not actually going to clean and organize the apartment. But the fantasy is enough for now.)
