I'm not a smoker, never was, but I think people are getting out of hand with outdoor No Smoking restrictions!
Smokers will be confined to a very small section of the beach to smoke. Any smoker caught lighting up anywhere other than that section, will be fined "$250" for the first offense!
What say you, should smoking be banned on beaches?
Smoking on the beach is like shitting on the beach. A person has no right to pollute in someone else's space. It has been proven there are health risks associated with second hand smoke.
