I agree companies should grant paternity leave, at least 4 weeks for the father.
My motto for my people working in my department was, A happy crew, is a more productive crew! It proved to be very true!
Hopefully companies will wake up and make their employees a "happy" more productive crew!
My company gives 6 weeks Paternity leave. One of my colleagues is taking his time starting the 2nd week in August. Which means I have to go to Vegas to cover one of his weeks off.
