CHRISTMAS SNACKS

I find that either a smoked salmon platter, cheese and fruit platter, charcuterie platter or all three depending on how many guests you have are the easiest snacks to make. You just buy the stuff, slice it and arrange it pretty on a platter. Everyone finds something they like and they're happy.
