Court docs revealed yesterday show that LE believes Patrick Frazee was plotting to kill the mother of his child for 3 months.
Based on the wording, it appears he solicited other people to do his dirty work after his fiancee bought the above-pictured house for herself and their daughter about 15 miles from where Frazee lived with his mom.
Frazee didn't report Kelsey missing, even though he had the baby for 3 days without hearing from her, which was highly unusual. That was a very early red flag for investigators.
Fortunately, Kelsey's mom (pictured left) now has custody of the little girl.
LE still hasn't located Kelsey's body. :(
