I emailed MS and he responded to me. He's fine, it's pretty much as HotD thought, he's been busy with all the holiday bs and he's experiencing difficulty with accessing Mock on his mobile device. I've reached out to Conor regarding that and I'm waiting to hear back. The holidays have made it difficult to get anything done.  

Is there anything that can be done about the buttons not showing up for me, or the inability to post a proper link from youtube? Also, still can't see my Avi...
