Men are not inhuman but have been indoctrinated from the day that they are born to emancipate themselves from feelings, be willing to confront physical threat, to risk disappointment, to rein in fear and anger, to not cry, not expose themselves to vulnerability.
The end result is precisely the opposite of what you say.

For the record, I do not think that the difference is good or bad necessarily, but pretending reality is different than what it is, is pretty silly. Women by and large are more agreeable and more nurturing. They are more likely to be given to crying, sharing feelings and being demonstrably emotional. Does not make them bad or good just makes them women. Also I personally believe they live 10 years longer because they do these things.
PS Don't try the tack of saying "Well I am a woman and I don't....." Don't care. I am saying in generalities. The average man and average woman have different levels of emotional expressiveness and women are more sensitive than men.
