This woman from Clearwater, Florida was pissed off at her boyfriend for refusing to buy her a plane ticket to visit family in Buffalo, NY.

So, she (^ Serina Wolfe) went and had a nice $55 meal. Then, she charged it to her boyfriend's credit card account and left the waitress a $5,000 tip.
The boyfriend notified his credit-card company, calling it a fraudulent charge and Wolfe was arrested Tuesday on a felony grand-theft charge.
However, the restaurant has already paid out the waitress and the police say it is up to the waitress and the restaurant as to whether or not she has to give the tip back. What to do, what to do...
