Also if Cars was bitten or scratched by a rabies infected bat I hope it was just recently as it's almost always fatal once symptoms start.
I read a while ago about a six year old boy in Florida who died from rabies. He was bitten by a bat that his father brought home when he found it at work. For God only knows why, he brought it home and kept it in a bucket. After the boy was bitten the parents didn't take him to the ER for a rabies protocol because they say the boy started crying because he will have to get a shot. A week later the boy died. I don't understand the stupidity.
