I know the one. My work has that. Recent staff cuts and what for "streamling" and everyone to do more with less and it doesn't work and customers get under serviced and have to wait forever.
Next step ship a few departments overseas and outsource most of the work and then find cultural/work attitudes/ work experience/ability ro think and work outside the box to find solutions, are all different and the workplace suffers again when all along keeping the onshore workers needed for the set work was what was needed.
