The victims ^ were promptly removed from the store and destroyed after Meader's arrest on Tuesday. RIP.
Meader is a repeat offender. He has a previous indecent exposure and criminal mischief record from 2015 when he was caught defiling a stuffed animal from the shelves of a Florida Walmart.
Seriously though, this nutter needs help. Hopefully, he'll be mandated to get it by the courts.
