I don't know.  You'll have to ask Clang.  I suspect that's not the case though. 

Cross-dressing straight guys is nothing new and it seems to me that society is less likely, in general, to consider it some kind of sin these days. 

But, there's still a stigma and judgment attached, so I imagine a lot of cross-dressers stay in the closet so as not to put off their male friends (and not to turn off women, if they're single).
