We've got a 'homeless shanty' here beind a 7-11 and a couple years ago the local kids thought it was funny to stone the guy living there to death.
He wasn't an illegal or anything, just some old guy who helped around the store and was a little off his rocker and actually wanted to live out there.
Most of the neighborhood looked after him but these kids happened to have been making a habit of going around making sport of "bum beating". It wasn't the first one here and you know, I am not even sure if these guys ever got caught.
