This is on the refinance papers I'm filling out for my house. It has nothing to do with deadbeats QB.
I want to know what they are 'monitoring'.
I called the loan company today and the rep agreed with me that this sounds like profiling.
FYI - this is an application that was sent to Fannie Mae for approval through Bank of America.
Now, why does the government prohibit racial profiling yet they are blatantly doing it?
I'm seriously considering not taking the refi. I wanted some of the equity so we can do some big work on the house but I'd rather pass than answer this stuff.
