Northbound was sort of back up and going slow. Then here they come - three troopers with their lighs on - a few black SUV's - the VP's limo - more black SUV's and Troopers. And a few helicopters. It was kinda cool seeing the motorcade. Joe Biden spoke at my son's school yesterday. I told one of my friends about seeing the motorcade and how it seemed with all that hoopla they just made him a target. She says you were so close and you MISSED him? hahaha She hates him and Obama.
