I see no excuse for this at all. He's not required to take shit to a certain level, but a mans life was in jeopardy and this fucker kept HANGING UP on the girl. I'm sure she was panicked and was not in her right mind when making the call. No excuse, none. If it's too stressful, he needs a different job.
