The reason this got spot so upset (and several other Brits on his team) is because the original photo is of a woman named Myra Hindley, that was half of a serial killer team that preyed on children back in 60s UK. I had never heard of either one of the killers, I just enjoyed how stupid the end result looked, but knowing that the hair is readily identifiable as this woman and is that much more offensive to spot really kind of sweetened the deal.
