I hope he rots in Hell

That story has been all over our local news that past several days...I've seen that darling kitty & it looks happy and healthy now with a purr as loud as a motor...We really need better laws regarding animals, as it is, they are only considered property but, things have been changing slowly but, surely.

I'd like to see him rot in hell too...Better yet, turn him over to people like us and we'll take care of his punishment. ::sly::
