I heard him on an interview and he said he went back to bed and the cops busted in and dragged him out of a dead sleep to arrest him.

Matt heard a radio interview and he said the peeping bitch is known for being an irritation in the neighborhood. Top it off, this was the guys kitchen window.

How freakin' low is a kitchen window? You'd have to get onto the property, stand on your toes and LOOK IN to see anything. Unless you have giant bay windows or sliding glass doors and your kitchen faces the street.

I didn't see a picture of the guys house so I'm speculating on the window height and location.
