First of all what if they live in the same house, if they go out and avoid other people how is that hurting anyone.

Seems highly unlikely they all lived in the same house (though we're following the guidelines even at home).

In any case, if only one of the girls was infected and asymptomatic, she could spread the infection to the others and so on and so on....
