Unfortunately, you are correct. I have not heard about that. Perhaps if it was not race related it didn't make the news.

If you watch enough news you can become paranoid about a black guy hanging, jogging, chillin, loitering in your neighborhood. Here is a case I find particularly troubling.




"A boy approached me and told me he wanted my money, and I told him I didn't have any money. And he said, 'Give me your money or I'm going to kill you and I'm going to shoot your baby and kill your baby,' and I said, 'I don't have any money,' and 'Don't kill my baby.'"
The boy tried to grab her purse and opened fire when she said tried to tell him she had no money, West said, with the shot grazing her head. She said the boy then shot her in the leg.
West continued, "And then, all of a sudden, he walked over and he shot my baby in the face."

I remember the case you're citing to justify fear/discrimination of black men.  It was terrible.

I also remember hundreds of other cases where white men (and less frequently women) committed terrible murders against innocent people, including babies and children. 

We've covered fucked up murders of people of all ages in the crime forum for over 10 years now.  They go down by and against all races.

So, I don't share your view or paranoia of black people 'hanging, chilling' in the neighborhood like anyone else. It's not born of objectivity.
