Women should and do wear underpants because if the pH levels are off in the vagina it can be acidic. There is always the risk of leakage. When a woman is ovulating it's a mess. Lots of stuff goes on down there in the vagina. When a woman says she is not wearing any underwear it's only because she is in a Bond film.

I've gone commando for years but then I went thru menopause when I was 43 and didn't have to worry about accidents.
