I got my son a visa card at the store loaded 100.00 on it and now it says there is no money in it. This was a month ago and he is just starting to use it. I cannot find the receipt and after going through a bunch of hoops on their stupid website I still have no money in it. It pisses me off because I've done this before with no issues. It's some apple green dot thing and they fucking suck!. Their stupid chat thing isn't working and the phone number is a computer. WTF!!
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.
