You're taking a "Blood" thinner, that could likely be the cause!!! Some thinners cause that problem!

Maybe. But it started happening after they decreased my dosage from 30mg to 20mg.

I've been there and did it Sally. It's not roids. They dont act that way, It's bleeding polyps in the intestines that could be cancerous and only a blood test and a colonoscopy will tell. Time is of the essence in these things. A test can be done within 4 days.

I remember, I felt bad for you. Nobody wants to deal with that crap. Which is why I said the doctor will probably send him for a procedure just in case. Hopefully he doesn't handle this like he did with the lawyer thing.

I procrastinate on taking care of my health, but I'll take care of it before it gets really bad. What else can I do? I live alone and don't speak with the neighbors. If something bad happened to me it would be weeks/months before my dead body was discovered.

That's why all people who live alone should wear a medical alert pendant, regardless of AGE, not only seniors!

Younger people can slip & fall and or get hurt where they can't get to a phone, and lay there forever like you said.
