Snap/Lumpy is back at 24!

Frank does NOT want to ban anyone, except when he does nearly every week.

The quicker he makes the rules at 24 the same as here the better and the less work it will be for him.

There should be only two rules at 24.

1 - No physical threats.

2 - If you can't take it don't dish it out.

I concur. But then Frank wouldn't have any drama to entertain him.

Seriously Frank, it would make it a lot easier on you. You woudn't have to waste time with all the bullshit.
