Don't make it like Mock necessarily. But let the members know that you are not going to be babysitting anymore. No more banning for a week and letting them back in. Either lose the rules except what OP states above or you get one chance. You screw up, you are banned for good. It just seems like you have to spend a lot of time breaking up squabbles.

Wow, what an ungrateful prick. Last time I try to be nice to you. And unlike you, I don't have any experience running a forum. I would rather leave that to the dorks of the world.
