A cop will look at the perps sheet before approaching if they have time, they want to know what they are facing. The dispatcher reads off the sheet as they are going to a disturbance. 

They were trying to get him in the cruiser but if a 6'6" person doesn't want to go it's hard.

The situation should have been handled better that's for sure, now cops will see what happens and will not get involved some will even look the other way. Hindsight is always 20/20

If police officers don’t have the basic intelligence, training comprehension, experience and even, dare I say, common fucking sense and compassion needed to know when to move their god damn knee off of someone’s neck (or release a chokehold or flip a restrained person over who’s in clear physical distress) they have zero business serving on the force. 
THAT’s what LC would have thought.
