I read that he had several complaints filed against him prior to this. I think he's always been a dickhead, he even looks like one. Another cop would have just taken his knee off of him once he was handcuffed face down and obvious that he's not a threat to anyone. Unfortunately for Floyd he got this cop.

Klobuchar knew about those complaints and did nothing about it. Just like John Daley knew how detective Jon Burge was extracting confessions from black suspects, and did nothing about it. Burge on how to solve crimes in Chicago: "you round up 2000 pounds of nigger". Did Obama ever speak out about that shit? Hell no, because if he had he wouldn't have gotten Daley's blessing to run for president.

So no, we're not talking about a few bad apples here.

So you are saying that cops are indoctrinated into targeting black folks and treating them differently than whites?

Mostly it has to do with the fact that the people who most frequently come into contact with police are poor folk, and blacks are disproportionately poor. Racism is a factor, for sure, but I think it has much more to do with class, meaning this is largely about economics.
