Not that CRT is diversity training, but it's a fucked up world where some people would need diversity training and it's even more fucked up that anyone would be against it. Reducing prejudice is a good thing and should be something that is strived for, not something that is fought against. 

Yes, CRT = diversity training, among other things. What do you think it's based on, human nature?

And why do you assume that "diversity training" is necessarily a good thing, because it sounds good? If diversity officers come to your house and inform you that you have too much privilege and need to leave, will you start packing, or come to your senses and wonder what the hell is going on?
