Don't you have communities that are better than others where you live? I do.

You ever notice how predominantly white neighborhoods have nicer parks than the black/brown communities, predominantly white neighborhoods have nicer schools too. 

No.  I notice predominantly rich neighborhoods have nicer schools and parks.   It's kinda hard to put nice schools and parks in poor neighborhoods.    Tax money only stretches so far,   and poor communities don't pay a lot of taxes.
