I was mad also, but now I am thinking that maybe it was a good thing I had to take her to a different vet. This one is way larger, more veternarians and able to handle more clients.
Bela now has a team of veternarians for her care. I can't even explain everything that is wrong with her, but they gave her a bunch of meds and stuff to make her more comfortable and able to eat. I know she isn't ready to die yet and I'm not ready to lose her.
I would wake up at night and look over at her to make sure she was still breathing. So stressful.
She has s swollen lympth node and small cell lymphoma.
As long as her quality of life isn't suffering I will do what I can to help her.
I didn't even know animals could get cancer. What a thing. : (
Veterinary medicine does some amazing things these days. Hopefully this isn't advanced to the point that it isn't treatable. If it has, do the best that you can and know that it makes a difference. She knows you love her, and that counts for a lot. I'll keep you both in my prayers.
