I made fettuccine alfredo tonight. 2nd time making it. Both times I only had sweet cream that I use in my coffee, but it still turned out good. Tonight I put spinach and artichoke hearts, mushrooms and brocoli in it. It was really tasty. First time cooking with artichoke hearts, tho I've had them in restaurants I have never purchased fresh or canned.
