Spiders are so industrious. They are one of the only things I kill, but never in their habitat, it's only when they invade mine. *shudders*

They sure are. Termites, as I recall, build arches -- true arches -- which is pretty amazing.

It's so easy to fall into the trap of thinking nature is nothing more than scenery. My biggest issue with materialism/modernity is that it facilitates that sort of mindset.
