It's a parenting issue. Leaving pot treats in reach of children. It's those same parents that leave a loaded gun unsecured.

Let's outlaw cannibus, kids and guns . . . the trifecta of all that is wrong!
First . . . the kids gotta go. No kids, no "accidental" incidents or death with guns or pot-laced yummies. No kids, no need for parenting skills.
Guns . . . mandatory mailing to Ukraine.
Cannibus . . . Hell, we just eliminated kids and guns . . . guess there's no problem.
