Ok, so far I have been able to find that if you are allergic to corn or corn products, you should stay away from high fructose corn syrup (most widely used artificial sweetener) because this may exacerbate your condition.


Also, adding more foods rich in beta carotene (carrots, beets, dark green veggies, etc.) will contribute to a homogeneous recovery and eventually put an end to your reoccurring bursa issues.
You also want to be more reserved in your selection of food items that may be robbing your body of it's water levels. Most often, people think that they can just drink MORE water but this may not be the best in your situation.
