I wonder if your problems chongy are narcissistic. By feminising your self you do actally look reasonably attractive, in dark light, loads of makeup, and not showing your folds of fat.
To look attractive is not for others, but to please yourself as admitted by yourself, to turn yourself on, which is narcissistic. A narc pleases themselves in all situations to recap.
The Greek fable of narcissism was for narcissus to see himself reflected in water, by which he fell in love with himself, this is you, you must look good for yourself, its not about sex. And the only way to do that is too become feminine, the attraction of a mate is secondary, of little importance, as per your virginity into your mid thirties. Your next step will be to look for adoration from others, which you have started with your website.
A sex change is pointless, you obviously dont know what a drastic step that is physically, and wont solve the problem which has no solution.
Narcissism is on a scale, i reckon yours must be high, and life tough because you dont get what you think you deserve, as any relationship will be about being loved, served, catered for, and not about doing those things for others. Narcs develop relationships by love bombing, then turning once the victim becomes hooked, then torturing them.
Loving someone is impossible as self love is the only love in town.

Narccissists are frozen in terms of development at about 10, as per your toys etc. My advice can only be about carrying on as you are, that any relationship will be disastrous for your partner, its best not to go there. A relationship will not be valhalla, heaven, wonderful.
Just be happy, accept yourself for who you are, thats all anyone can do, dont think others are better off.
