Yes, if he was in a high state of emotion, and he still cared for his ex. What she did could push someone over the edge. Separating him from his daughter only doubles the pain, his partner is seriously disturbed. Ill. Evil.
The police are correct, if i was the top man, id prosecute, no problem. |
