I have a statement--I read that only 19% of people wash their hands after using the bathroom. 

I believe that statement.

The rest of the population is either using the streets and sidewalks of liberal cities, to do their bidnez . . .  or are wearing Depends . . . Always.

Hence . . . no bathroom, no need to wash your hands.
