Years ago I took a tiny taste of moonshine and I never again wanted to try it. I was recently offered some and declined, I think that stuff is disgusting, but she said "smell it" and try one of these cherries that have been in it for I don't know how long. I did not eat the cherry, but it smelled like high end liquor and if I were someone who drinks I would have indulged. Apparently all moonshine is not created equal.
Right, some stills are cleaned on a regular basis.
