Have you ever worked out?

Back in the day a girlfriend and I would go to the gym. After working out & getting cleaned up we would then go out to the bars and drink all the calories we had just burned. Good times! 

I don't like dedicated exercise and it's my hope that simply living my life and being active is good enough.
