What are foot cramps called? I get them motherfuckers all the time.

I get them too and have always called them a Charlie horse. Some say we get them because we don't drink enough water, but I completely disagree with that given I was still getting them after drinking a fuck ton of water during the day.

I probably drink over a gallon of water with lemon a day. Im definitely getting enough fluids in. I can’t even blame it on old age because it has always happened since I can remember.
