I woke up at 4 AM and felt so horrible and thought, "Oh great, here I go again." I turned up the heat, put on my down blanket and sweated it out and set my alarm for an hour later. I felt better when i woke up but not great. I took a daytime alka seltzer before work and now I feel fine. WTF.
