Have you ever been in the same room with a friend or a family member and you are talking and then you look over at them and they are scrolling on thier phone and they didn't hear a word you said. 

I have, but it's been awhile. It's rude and disrespectful. I completely understand one checking their messages, I get it, but to be actively engaged in something else is just so fucking rude.
