What exactly is FEMA doing for the people that desperately need immediate help? How many teams are on the ground coordinating the distribution of essential aid and the evacuation of people who are stranded and have no food and clean water?

I don't have time to cover all this with you right now, but there isn't a doubt in my mind that the answers to your questions are out there. I would start with the Governors and other leadership of every state that has been affected by the hurricane.
