There's 30 miles of gridlock with people trying to get out of Tampa and no gas left.

It’s not supposed to hit until Wednesday right? Goooo! I do see the lack of gas and help evacuating as a failure on somebody’s part (local, state or federal). They should be managing the roads and have tanker trucks there with gas now fueling people up. 

Sucks.
