I will purchase a permit from the forest service for $15 and go out and find one.
I got lucky last year and found one that was recently downed and easy to get to. Not sure where I will look this year. I want it to be in walking distance from my house.

This is perfect! Can you film it? I know that's a lot to ask.

I got my tree today, 2 actually. 1 for the porch and 1 for inside.

I didn't record myself getting the tree. I did take some pictures. It was not as cool as last years adventures or previous years. I basically drove to the location and walked a little ways until I found a good tree.
